During feeding Dad and his daughter have eye-to-eye contact. This enhances both bonding and the interaction between them.
As your baby grows and starts to take solid foods when sitting in a high chair, they can decide when they want to take a drink. Just leave Podee nearby. When they are ready, they will drink.
